This Saturday is our wedding anniversary and Paul and I made plans to go away for a long weekend. Up north. Near one of the Great Lakes. Where it snows - often and a lot. What were we thinking? Maybe we hoped that the snow was finished for a while here in New Jersey as well as upstate New York.
You know, there was a day when little things like snowstorms might not have bothered us so much but those days are long gone and we have more sense now. So we're thinking about heading south to Virginia or we could wait until April. I think it might be safe to visit upstate New York by that time!
