We've all heard that the reason there's road-kill is that little woodland creatures play chicken on the streets and highways. Well, it's true and I witnessed it with my own eyes!
While walking Lucious this morning, a groundhog ran across the always busy Cropwell Road, touched the curb and ran right back across the street, expertly dodging traffic. As I passed by, he was calmly sitting up munching on a - whatever it is they much on.
