What am I gonna do with all this time?

Well, I am now among the ranks of the unemployed. A mixed blessing for me. It's nice to have the extra income. But it's very nice to have time to______. Perhaps I will fill in the blank with things like:

• Domestics...it's a dirty job but somone's gotta do it.



• Baking...I love to bake and it's been soooooooooo long since I have done any serious baking and this is the perfect season for baking.



• Children/Grandchildren...helping, spending time with...this will be the most enjoyable, of course, especially since a new granddaughter is expected in about 8 weeks!



• Crafting? Hmm...maybe. I used to love to paint, cross stitch, and sew. I so enjoy artsy stuff. This item will be placed on the back burner for now, but still a possibility.

I have also been looking for another job. The organization I just left is a wonderful place to work but I felt the need to move on because the particular position I held was not what I had anticipated.

Anyway, this is a strange place to be in...joblessness. The last time I was a "stay-at-home", I had children to tend to...now it's just me and Lucious [wild puppy extrodinaire].
