Hoke Geez!

It was a perfect fall weekend to be out and about so Hero and I, along with our friends, Bill and Linda, went to Bedford, Pennsylvania, to go antiquing. Bedford is a Norman Rockwell kind of town in the heart of bucolic Pa. Lovely and quaint. A place where the hightlight of the afternoon on Saturday was a Halloween parade by the town children with the merchants along "Main Street" standing outside handing out candy to the little goblins.
Anyway, after exploring the town [which didn't take very long], a shop owner recommended we visit Hoke Geez just three miles down the road. So, like any intrepid adventurers, off to Hoke Geez we went!
I wish I had my camera. I have never seen such a place. It was like a giant multi-family yard and more! I don't think there was anything you could not get. Cute country decor, hardware, furniture, fishing lures and Tide! I found a little silver dish for $3 and Linda found a stencil template. When antiquing, all things are possible and you just never know what you might find!
