This week has been an exercise in futility trying to get the new house set up and looking all pretty like. And in the midst of ofttimes frustrating projects, this JerseyGranny was called to duty. Twice this week I cuddled my Ryleigh-muffin because Daddy worked late and Mommy was tutoring. It was just loverly! Nothing sweeter than a sleeping infant cuddled in your arms.
Today I entertained Amels for a bit [Beac was napping]while Mommy got some much-needed girlfriend time. This Amels is such a ray of sunshine and a joy to my heart! We had so much fun playing hide-n-seek and bumble bee tag. You don't just get tagged, you get stung. Interesting take on a vintage kids game. Amels made it up.
I thank the Lord that I am able to be here for my precious ones!
