Tuesday Morning Serendipity

I volunteered to babysit Amelie and Maeve while Shelly went on an errand early this morning. After a very brief time, Shelly returned and I prepared to leave which prompted Amelie to melt at the thought of my departure. Sooooo....I brought the little angel home with me! We packed more fun in just a few hours and the agenda was all Amelie's.


~Took Lucius for a walk to the farm which, by the way, has a playground. Did you know that sliding down a sliding board with snow and ice on it makes you go super fast!!!!

~Worked on and completed a super cute "Hello Kitty" puzzle.


~Made lunch: 'macamomi' and cheese with apple slices and peanut butter.


~Made a batch of peanut butter cookies.


~Went outside and built a snowgirl, complete with holly leaves for a hairbow and dead mums for a dress. Very chic. Then took a ride on our swing.


~Jumped on the circles on my area rug.


~Colored pictures for Ali.


I tried to catch this all on film but, alas, my camera battery was dead! Now, time for a granny nap!
